When in the back room, he sees his best friend in the room opposite his, also making a donation, but his friend is getting a "helping hand" from a nice looking blonde nurse.

The guy storms out of his room, goes to the front desk lady and complains:

"What's this all about? I get a cup, you send me to the back room for my "donation"; and when in the room trying my best, I see my friend in the room across the way, also making a donation, but he's getting a fabulous "helping hand" from a gorgeous blonde nurse! How come he gets that "hands on" treatment and I don't?
